Ernest Schwiebert led a full and enviable life but left us too
soon. This website is administered by his family on
their own free time and is designed to continue to give our
father a voice for past, present and future works. In this
light, we are happy to announce that "Nymphs II" is in galleys
at the Globe Pequot press and is tentatively due out in print
by the opening of fishing season in the Spring of 2007 |

Schwiebert.
- Showcase past and emerging works of Ernest
Schwiebert.
- Provide a vehicle to auction past and
emerging works and effects of Ernest Schwiebert.
(The majority of the proceeds will be used
for the
Purposes below)
- Establish a not-for-profit fund to establish
and maintain this website and the
"Schwiebert
Foundation for Biology, Conservation, Salmon and
Trout"
- Grow this fund to help others preserve and
pursue the ideals and disciplines mentioned
above through small grants.
- Provide a vehicle for comments and essays
from others about trout and salmon biology,
nymph and mayfly and caddis biology,
conservation of watersheds and wildlife, and
biology in all of its forms.
